Berlin – September 08, 2026 -- BLUETTI has introduced the Pioneer 5000, a professional electric generator delivering 5 kW of continuous power and an 18 kW peak output, marking the company's entry into the professional power supply market for construction sites as a zero-emission alternative to diesel generators.
Battery capacity scales from 5.12 kWh to 35 kWh for extended off-grid operation
The unit runs on a LiFePO4 battery pack starting at 5.12 kWh, expandable to 35 kWh, enabling sustained power delivery for high-startup-current tools including electric drills, cutting machines, air compressors and water pumps.
IP65 and IK10 ratings target harsh jobsite conditions from -20°C to 55°C
The Pioneer 5000 is built with a rugged frame, off-road wheels, IP65 water and dust resistance, and IK10 impact protection, allowing operation in rain, dust and uneven terrain across a temperature range of -20°C to 55°C.
Noise output stays below 50 dB with zero exhaust emissions
Unlike combustion generators, the unit produces no exhaust emissions and operates at a noise level of 50 dB or lower, eliminating routine refueling and engine maintenance and allowing use indoors, at night, or in noise-sensitive locations.
AC fast charging restores 5% to 80% capacity within 60 minutes
The generator supports multiple charging inputs, including solar photovoltaic systems, vehicles and combustion generators. An integrated DO interface enables automatic start-stop control of backup generators, activating them only when needed to cut fuel use, engine wear and maintenance costs during extended off-grid operation.
Optional 4G connectivity enables remote monitoring and anti-theft tracking
The system incorporates professional power interfaces, a 10 ms UPS switchover, and optional 4G connectivity for remote power control, location tracking and anti-theft protection, converting the standalone unit into a connected, manageable energy asset aimed at reducing downtime and operational costs for field crews.
