BridgePort Hires Osaic M&A Veteran Decker as SVP of Business Development

Phoenix – September 12, 2026 -- BridgePort Financial Solutions has named Tina Decker, a former Osaic executive who negotiated more than 400 M&A deals representing over $10 billion in acquired and retained assets, as its new Senior Vice President of Business Development.

Decker will lead BridgePort's full M&A lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

Reporting to Managing Director Clara Sierra, Decker will identify, evaluate, and execute acquisition and partnership opportunities aimed at expanding BridgePort's national footprint. Her mandate spans financial modeling, due diligence, negotiation, and post-deal integration for advisors and clients joining the platform.

Decker brings two decades of succession and M&A experience from Osaic

Before joining BridgePort, Decker spent more than 20 years at Osaic, formerly known as Advisor Group, where she held leadership roles in operations, executive strategy, M&A, and succession planning. Most recently, as Vice President of M&A and Succession Planning at Osaic, she worked directly with advisors nationwide on acquisitions, continuity plans, and succession transactions.

BridgePort targets accelerated growth in the fee-only RIA segment

Sierra said Decker's combination of deal expertise and industry relationships would be central to expanding BridgePort's presence among fee-only registered investment advisers. BridgePort, a Registered Investment Adviser with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, provides fee-only advisory firms with technology, succession and acquisition, practice management, and outsourcing support.
