BTL Launches Laser Division, Unveils EXOLASE ONE Fusion System

Prague – September 07, 2026 -- BTL has formally established a dedicated laser division and confirmed the upcoming launch of EXOLASE ONE®, a system it describes as the first medical application of fused erbium laser technology, treating an entire face in under 10 minutes.

BTL creates sixth core division to house new laser technology

The laser unit becomes BTL's sixth main division, joining existing operations in aesthetics, mental wellness, rehabilitation, cardiology and robotics. The move marks a structural expansion for the medical and aesthetic technology group as it pushes into a new laser hardware category.

EXOLASE ONE merges multiple erbium wavelengths into a single beam

The system fuses several erbium laser wavelengths into one light beam, allowing simultaneous treatment of the same tissue point. BTL states this produces a laser-tissue interaction not previously available, addressing efficacy, treatment speed and patient comfort limitations found in existing facial rejuvenation lasers.

Early clinical tester reports single procedure replaces multiple systems

Dr. Reha Yavuzer, one of the first clinical researchers to trial the platform, said the technology covers functions that typically require several ablative and non-ablative systems, condensing them into one procedure covering the full face in under 10 minutes with what he described as superior patient outcomes.

CEO frames launch as company's bid to build a "laser giant"

BTL Group CEO Tomas Schwarz said the company set out to build genuine breakthrough technology specifically to establish a major laser business, citing feedback from pioneer clinical centers worldwide as confirmation that EXOLASE ONE® delivers that breakthrough.

Wider commercial rollout targeted for 2027 after early-access program

Following an early-access program limited to select key opinion leaders, EXOLASE ONE® will proceed to a larger global launch in 2027, with initial focus on aesthetic medicine and dermatology applications.
