(TSXV: CNC) (OTCQB: CNIKF) has filed independent NI 43-101 technical reports on SEDAR+ supporting the initial mineral resource estimate for its Nesbitt Nickel Sulphide Project and an updated estimate for the Deloro Nickel Sulphide Project, both located near Timmins, Ontario and 100% owned by the company.
Technical reports confirm resource figures disclosed July 23, 2026
The two reports, issued September 8, 2026, carry mineral resource estimates with an effective date of July 23, 2026, and show no material differences from the figures the company disclosed in its July 23, 2026 news release. The estimates were prepared following CIM Definition Standards for Mineral Resources and Reserves dated November 29, 2019.
Caracle Creek prepared both reports for the Timmins-area deposits
Caracle Creek International Consulting Inc. compiled the reports, titled the "National Instrument 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate and Technical Report for the Deloro Ni-Co-Pd-Pt Deposit" and the "National Instrument 43-101 Initial Mineral Resource Estimate and Technical Report for the Nesbitt Ni-Co-Pd-Pt Deposit." Both filings are available under Canada Nickel's issuer profile on SEDAR+.
VP Exploration Stephen Balch signs off as qualified person
Stephen J. Balch, P.Geo. (ON), Canada Nickel's VP Exploration, reviewed and approved the scientific and technical content as the qualified person under NI 43-101. Nesbitt and Deloro sit within the Timmins-Cochrane mining camp, where Canada Nickel's flagship asset, the 100%-owned Crawford Nickel-Cobalt Sulphide Project, is also located.
