Las Vegas – September 13, 2026 -- Cavco Industries sold 20,842 factory-built homes in fiscal 2026, up from 19,753 the prior year and 16,928 two years earlier, as affordability pressure pushes buyers toward manufactured housing.

Champion Homes reported fiscal 2026 net sales of $2.7 billion, a 7.3% increase, with U.S. homes selling at an average price of roughly $99,300 in the preceding quarter. Chief Executive Officer Tim Larson credited the results to unmet demand from affordability-constrained buyers and a differentiated channel strategy across the company's brand portfolio, including the recent acquisition of Iseman Homes.

Cavco runs 33 production lines and 92 company-owned stores alongside finance and insurance units

Cavco operates 33 production lines across the United States and Mexico, selling through 92 company-owned retail stores plus an independent distributor network. The company also runs a finance subsidiary, CountryPlace, and an insurance subsidiary, Standard Casualty, tying manufacturing to retail, lending and coverage rather than treating production as a standalone business.
