Century Fasteners Corp., an authorized distributor for Cherry Aerospace, said the partnership broadens availability of Cherry's fastening systems to distributors and OEMs. Cherry Aerospace, headquartered in Santa Ana, California, is a member of the SPS Fastener Division of Precision Castparts Corp. and manufactures the CherryMax line of rivets, widely used across the aerospace industry alongside blind bolts, rivetless nut plates, shear pin fasteners and installation tools.
Partnership deepens bill-of-material coverage for military and aerospace supply chains
Century Fasteners said the Cherry Aerospace relationship allows it to offer deeper bill of material coverage to manufacturing customers, complementing its existing product catalog. The company, founded in 1955 and AS/ISO certified, stocks more than 100,000 discrete parts and serves the military, aerospace, electronics, industrial and commercial sectors with services including vendor-managed inventory, custom kitting and supply chain management.
