Cervoz Unveils MIL-STD-810H SSDs With Hardware Self-Destruct Feature

Taipei – October 01, 2026 -- Cervoz Technology has launched the T449 and T459 Series, a new line of MIL-STD-810H compliant M.2 2280 NVMe SSDs built for defense, aerospace, transportation, and industrial automation systems operating in harsh environments.

Drives deliver PCIe Gen4 speeds of up to 5,085 MB/s read and 4,765 MB/s write

The T449 and T459 Series support PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe interfaces, pairing industrial 3D TLC NAND with LDPC error correction, wear leveling, and End-to-End Data Protection to sustain performance during continuous workloads such as mission computers, AI edge platforms, video recording, and industrial data logging.

Units pass MIL-STD-810H vibration, shock, and temperature-altitude testing

Anti-Vibration Fill is built in as standard to mechanically secure the controller and NAND chips against sustained vibration. An optional Conformal Coating adds a moisture and chemical barrier for high-humidity or outdoor deployments.

Hardware trigger enables irreversible physical destruction of NAND silicon

Beyond standard write protection and a seconds-long Quick Erase function, the drives include a Physical Destroy mechanism: a dedicated hardware trigger routes high-voltage electrical overstress to burn out the NAND Flash controller and memory cells, permanently disabling the silicon so stored data cannot be recovered even if the drive is physically compromised or lost.

T459 Series adds endurance tools to cut write amplification

The T459 Series layers in Over-Provisioning, Dynamic SLC Write Cache, Safeguard, and Circuitguard technologies to extend flash endurance and maintain consistent performance under write-intensive, continuous-recording workloads.

Capacities reach 2TB with operating ranges from -40°C to +85°C

Both series are available in capacities up to 2TB, offered in standard (0°C to 70°C) and wide (-40°C to +85°C) temperature configurations. Target platforms include defense and rugged embedded computers, ground vehicle, marine, and aerospace support systems, unmanned platforms (UAV, UGV, USV), and transportation and industrial automation systems.
