Taipei – September 04, 2026 -- Cherubic Ventures has closed its sixth fund at $68.88 million, pushing total assets under management across its six funds past $500 million.

Fund VI's Portfolio Companies Have Already Raised Over $500 Million in Follow-On Capital

Despite being early-stage, Fund VI's backed startups have collectively secured more than $500 million in subsequent funding rounds. The fund continues the firm's focus on AI-native companies spanning infrastructure, developer tools, enterprise software, healthcare, physical AI and robotics.

Robotics Startup Sudo AI Reaches Near-$2 Billion Valuation Two Years After Founding

Sudo AI, co-founded by embodied AI researcher Hao Su and entrepreneur Robin Han, has become a unicorn with a valuation nearing $2 billion. Cherubic Ventures was its earliest institutional investor. The company's sudo R1 robotic system is trained via virtual simulation and can handle previously unseen objects without real-world manipulation data, addressing a scaling bottleneck for robotics deployment.

Developer Platform Entire Raised $60 Million in the Largest-Ever Seed Round for the Sector

Cherubic Ventures was an early investor in Entire, a developer platform founded by former GitHub CEO Thomas Dohmke. The company raised $60 million earlier this year, the largest seed round on record for a developer tools startup. Other portfolio companies include Patlytics, Max AI, Generation Lab and therapiAI.

Firm Has Backed More Than 200 Companies Since 2015, Including Several Unicorns

Founded in 2015, Cherubic Ventures was among the first venture firms globally to adopt the solo GP model and has invested in more than 200 companies. Early investments include Hims & Hers, now listed on the NYSE; 91APP, listed on the Taipei Exchange; and Paidy, which PayPal acquired for $2.7 billion. Other early bets include Flexport, Calm and Astranis.
