Fully automatic no-dust broom making machines are now operating extensively in India, merging PP filament loading, conveying, flagging, gluing and manual winding into a single sequence. Meixin reports this configuration lifts overall output by 80% compared with traditional hand-assembly methods.
The company's 2-axis automatic broom machine, introduced last year, allows one operator to manage multiple units through automatic conveying and auto changeover, cutting labor costs while an optimized control system maintains uniform hole positioning and bristle insertion to reduce defect rates during extended production runs.
CNC processing unit and 100% pre-dispatch testing anchor quality control
An independent CNC processing department handles precision part production and spare parts for rapid dispatch. Every machine undergoes 100% pre-dispatch testing for function, safety, reliability and durability, built with imported TBI precision ball screws, linear guides, Panasonic servo motors and Italian brake motors.

Additional lines target recycling and mixed-material manufacturing
