Cologne – – September 22, 2026 -- Smart home appliance brand CHiQ sponsored Germany's inaugural ITF Juniors Wheelchair Tournament, held September 19–20 at the Marienburger Sport-Club in Cologne. The event followed CHiQ's August backing of the Para Youth Development Day, marking the company's expansion from grassroots activities into elite youth competition sponsorship.
Tournament draws competitors from five European countries
The field included young athletes from Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium and the United Kingdom. Both seasoned players and newcomers making their international debut competed, using the event as a springboard toward higher-level tournaments.
