Alongside the Resolvix launch, Clarion Communications is actively pursuing acquisition targets to accelerate IPitomy's growth. Clarion President & CEO Vincent M. Oddo said Clarion and IPitomy are positioned to acquire smaller UCaaS and Managed Service Provider (MSP) operators affected by shifting network economics.
Oddo said Clarion and its predecessor companies have completed more than 30 acquisitions over the past 20-plus years and are now aggressively pursuing tuck-in M&A deals within the highly fragmented UC/MSP industry.
