CLASSYS Names Ex-Bain Partner Bae CCO to Drive $1B Revenue Goal

Seoul – October 12, 2026 -- CLASSYS Inc. (KOSDAQ: 214150) has created the post of Chief Commercial Officer and appointed former Bain & Company partner Jung-hee Bae to it, tasking her with a push toward a $1 billion revenue target ahead of 2030. Bae, who also becomes Vice President, will head the company's newly formed Go-to-Market (GTM) Center.

CLASSYS merges three sales and marketing divisions into one GTM Center

The appointment follows a restructuring that began after Jun-oh Yoon became CEO in July. The Marketing, Domestic Sales and Overseas Sales Divisions now sit under the GTM Center, which Bae will lead. The company said the aim is a stronger focus on markets and customers.

CLASSYS has spent 20 years entering international markets and launching products region by region. Since Yoon took office, it has been overhauling operations to standardize branding, products, positioning and global launches.

International sales already make up about 76% of CLASSYS revenue

The company's energy-based device portfolio includes Shurink Universe, a high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) system; Volnewmer, a monopolar radiofrequency (RF) device; and Quadessy, a microneedling RF device. CLASSYS targets $1 billion in revenue by 2030 and aims to become the world's leading medical aesthetics platform company.

Bae brings experience from more than 30 countries and Bain's AI practice

Bae holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from Korea University. She began as a systems engineer at LG CNS, then worked at Monitor Group and Deloitte Consulting before becoming a Bain partner. Her client work spanned more than 30 countries and covered brand launches, emerging-market entry and distribution-channel development. Most recently she led Bain's AI and digital strategy practice.

Three priorities: Americas, China and Europe, home-market defense, and AI-driven GTM

CLASSYS said it will move on three fronts:

  • Accelerate entry into and growth in key international markets, including the Americas, China and Europe.
  • Reinforce its leadership in South Korea.
  • Advance data- and AI-driven GTM operations and marketing.

Bae said her first step is market visits. "My first priority will be to visit our key markets and listen directly to customers and hospitals," she said.

She joins a leadership team that Yoon, formerly head of M&A and portfolio strategy at Samsung Group and Samsung Electronics, has rebuilt. CTO Taek-Soo Kim, who holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University and previously worked at Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology, was also appointed. Yoon said the GTM Center will bring CLASSYS's technologies and products to customers worldwide more quickly.
