Las Vegas – September 12, 2026 -- CleanSpark, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLSK) has received conditional batch zero classification from ERCOT covering 885 MW of contracted power capacity across its two Texas sites, the company disclosed in its unaudited August 2026 operations update.
ERCOT grants baseload and studied load designations for Texas capacity
The grid operator classified 585 MW of CleanSpark's contracted capacity for batch zero baseload designation and an additional 300 MW for batch zero studied load designation. CEO and Chairman Matt Schultz said the classification arrived as expected and reflects the company's continued cooperation with an audit directive from Governor Abbott involving both ERCOT and the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT).

Sandersville data center campus advances under $6.6 billion contract
Construction is ongoing at CleanSpark's Sandersville, Georgia campus, which is being built to support a high-investment-grade tenant under $6.6 billion in contracted revenue. The company did not disclose additional financial or timeline details for the project in this update.
CleanSpark controls over 1.8 GW of power and data center capacity nationwide
The Texas ERCOT classification adds regulatory clarity for CleanSpark's broader U.S. infrastructure footprint, which spans more than 1.8 GW of power, land, and data center assets. The company's monthly disclosure covers Bitcoin mining operations and infrastructure metrics for the period ended August 31, 2026.
Bitcoin holdings and collateral positions disclosed for August
As of August 31, 2026, CleanSpark held 13,703 Bitcoin in total, of which 3,951 was posted as collateral or receivable related to derivative transactions.
