COCOLAB lands on Inc. 5000 list amid national retail expansion
The company secured a spot on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies and expanded distribution through Target and Walmart.com. Cocofloss® has won four Allure Best of Beauty Awards, including Best Floss in 2026, which the company states makes it the most-awarded dental floss on the market.
Tait brings 15 years at L'Oréal and Google leadership experience
Tait spent 15 years at L'Oréal, most recently as Managing Director of its $400 million UK consumer products division. She later oversaw Google Play's multi-billion-dollar branded payments business across 35 markets, driving 10x growth in emerging markets. She most recently served as CEO of circular commerce technology company Trove, converting it from a logistics operator into a B2B SaaS platform.
Tait retains board seats at e.l.f. Beauty and Jamieson Wellness
She currently serves as an independent director on the board of e.l.f. Beauty, where she has provided oversight during a period of growth, international expansion and M&A, and sits on the board of Jamieson Wellness, a Canadian supplements company.
Founders say new CEO will lead product innovation and category growth
Tait will work alongside co-founders Catherine Cu and Dr. Chrystle Cu to expand COCOLAB's retail footprint, grow its product portfolio and raise brand awareness.
