Alloy Holdings Acquires GSM Metals, Cimini & Associates
Providence – September 28, 2026 -- Alloy Holdings, LLC has completed the acquisitions of privately held GSM Metals, Inc. and Cimini & Associates, Inc., adding precious-metal mill products and advanced electrical materials capacity to its Rhode Island-based manufacturing platform. The deals closed on September 25, 2026, according to the company.
Alloy Holdings adds two Rhode Island manufacturers to its metals and materials portfolio
GSM Metals, based in Cranston, will retain its name and operations, supplying precious-metal mill products for premium and luxury jewelry, commercial, and specialty-material applications. Cimini & Associates, based in Westerly, will operate as C&A Advanced Materials, manufacturing electrical materials and components for grid infrastructure, power generation, and distribution, including high-performance rod materials used in nuclear reactor technology globally.
