A2035 Ventures Adds Ex-Meta AI Lead, Space Force CTO to Project 777
DALLAS – – September 08, 2026 -- A2035 Ventures has added Preston Dunlap, the first Chief Technology Officer and Chief Architect of the U.S. Space Force and U.S. Air Force, and Sean Perry, formerly with Agentic AI at Meta Superintelligence Labs, to the technical leadership of Project 777, its compounding intelligence architecture, as the company pursues strategic discussions with major AI organizations.

Dunlap now serves as Technical Advisor, having provided technical perspective on the architecture and its evidence base for roughly a year and a half before the leadership expansion was announced.

Perry reviewed Project 777's Technical Proof Packet after departing Meta's superintelligence organization and is now helping lead technical diligence and strategic technical engagement for the company.
