Hefei Expo Draws 900+ Firms, 10,000 Exhibits for Smart Manufacturing
Hefei – September 23, 2026 -- More than 900 companies showcased over 10,000 products and technologies at the 2026 World Manufacturing Convention, which opened Sept. 20 at the Hefei Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center and runs through Sept. 23 under the theme "Intelligent Manufacturing for a Better Future."
The 70,000-square-meter event allocated 20,000 square meters to manufacturing innovation displays and 50,000 square meters to commercial exhibits, organized around interconnected value chains rather than standalone product booths.

A three-dimensional model in the smart mining equipment area showcased Huainan's robotics cluster, anchored by T.SPEC and Tangxing Technology, covering excavation, roof support, roadway tunneling, materials handling, hydraulic-support transport, shaft-rope replacement and coal-bunker cleaning.
