DYNA Robotics Launches Semi-Humanoid Robot for Full Commercial Shifts
Redwood City, Calif. – September 29, 2026 -- DYNA Robotics has launched the DYNA 2.1 physical agent, a semi-humanoid robot capable of autonomously completing full commercial workflows -- including entire laundry shifts -- without human intervention. The system is now deployed in hotels, laundromats, and restaurants.

The robot's hardware pairs an upper torso with two arms -- compatible with parallel-jaw grippers or dexterous hands -- and four steerable wheels for mobility without toppling risk. It is powered by DYNA's world action model, DYNA 2, trained on a million hours of human and robot data, combined with a vision-language orchestrator for workflow reasoning and a whole-body controller that unifies driving, reaching, bending, and lifting into single fluid motions.
