Skanska Sells Budapest Office Tower Phase for EUR 98M
Stockholm – September 25, 2026 -- Skanska has divested the second phase of its H2Offices complex in Budapest, Hungary, for EUR 98 million, roughly SEK 1.1 billion, to the ERSTE Open-Ended Real Estate Investment Fund.

The buyer is represented by ERSTE Alapkezelő Zrt., and Skanska Commercial Development Europe will book the transaction in the third quarter of 2026. Property transfer is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.
Global tenant secures 22,000 square meters under a 10-year lease
The second phase offers approximately 22,000 square meters of leasable area, fully let to a global company under a 10-year agreement. The building is under construction and set for completion in the first quarter of 2027.
