Coolidge, Ariz. – September 08, 2026 -- Clark Pacific has broken ground on a new 110-acre manufacturing plant in Coolidge, Arizona, a facility that will triple the company's production capacity for prefabricated building systems once complete.
Construction Proceeds in Phases Toward Spring 2027 Completion
The plant will be built in phases, with the final phase scheduled for completion by spring 2027. Clark Pacific has already begun manufacturing prefabricated building systems in a temporary facility on-site while permanent construction advances.
