Toronto – October 01, 2026 -- Modaxo Inc. has completed its largest acquisition to date, absorbing over 2,000 employees across 15 countries from Conduent Incorporated's Transit Fare Management and Fleet Management Solutions businesses.

Modaxo splits acquired Conduent units into two new business brands

The two divisions have been relaunched as standalone Modaxo units: Novvan, a fare collection technology provider for transit agencies, and Routeward, a fleet management platform focused on transit reliability and ridership growth.
