XDI, Veridion Combine Data to Map Climate Risk for 40,000 Firms

NEW YORK – September 24, 2026 -- XDI (Cross Dependency Initiative) and Veridion have launched a partnership that merges engineering-based climate risk modeling with corporate site intelligence covering roughly 600 million companies and more than two billion buildings worldwide.

XDI's climate models now draw on Veridion's global building and company database

The tie-up combines XDI's Multiple Company Intelligence (MCI) platform, which already assesses physical climate risk across more than 40,000 companies and subsidiaries, with Veridion's site-level data on operational activity, scale and status. XDI CEO Dr Karl Mallon said Veridion's data lets analysts understand what happens at each site and how critical it is to the wider business, enabling more sophisticated risk and resilience questions.
