Atlanta – September 20, 2026 -- Corgi Insurance has appointed Daniel Hausman as Vice President of its Trucking Program, tapping an underwriter who helped scale two commercial trucking insurance programs to a combined $50 million in premium.

Hausman previously grew CSMV Underwriters from zero to nearly $20 million in one year

At CSMV Underwriters, Hausman built the book from the ground up, reaching close to $20 million in premium within 12 months. He then served as the first Non-Fleet Business Development Manager at Nirvana, scaling that program from zero to $30 million through work on rates, forms redesign, go-to-market strategy and broker-of-record guidelines.
