Houston – September 23, 2026 -- PCS Software has launched PCS Advantage, a benefit program that pools the purchasing power of its entire customer base to secure enterprise-level pricing on fuel, lodging and driver recruiting for small and mid-sized carriers. Three benefits are live immediately for all active PCS customers, with additional categories in development.
Collective scale unlocks discounts previously reserved for the largest fleets
Negotiated national rate programs have historically required volume that individual mid-market operators could not reach on their own. PCS Software aggregates demand across its full customer community and negotiates contracts on that combined basis, then passes the terms back to each enrolled carrier regardless of fleet size.
