Miami – October 02, 2026 -- MES Life Safety, LLC has acquired the assets of PRO-CO Inc., a Winter Springs, Florida-based provider of industrial safety, instrumentation, and process-control solutions, expanding its footprint in the industrial safety equipment market.
MES broadens industrial safety portfolio through PRO-CO deal
The acquisition adds PRO-CO's instrumentation and control products, engineered process-control solutions, and traceable calibration services for gas-detection equipment to MES's existing offerings. Founded in 1989, PRO-CO has served customers across Florida and Southeast Georgia in sectors including water and wastewater, power and utilities, aerospace, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, oil and gas, and chemicals.
