Miami – September 12, 2026 -- ARK MFG has acquired Therma-Tek Commercial Cooking Solutions, extending its American-made manufacturing portfolio from commercial refrigeration into professional cooking equipment.

Therma-Tek, a U.S.-based manufacturer of professional commercial cooking equipment, is used by chefs and restaurateurs worldwide. All Therma-Tek products are designed and manufactured domestically, aligning with ARK MFG's focus on U.S.-based industrial brands.
ARK MFG plans facility rebuild and headquarters relocation for Therma-Tek
ARK MFG will invest in a comprehensive rebuild of the Therma-Tek manufacturing facility and relocate its operations into ARK MFG's global headquarters. Gian Carlo Alonso, Founder and CEO of ARK MFG, said the deal lets the company build a cooking equipment line to complement its existing refrigeration offerings.
