Tampa – October 14, 2026 -- Third Lake Development has appointed Jamie Telchin, a developer who has led projects representing about $3 billion in total capitalization, as President of Multifamily to drive growth of its Sun Belt apartment platform.

Telchin brings 25 years of development experience across multiple asset classes

Telchin has more than 25 years of real estate development experience. His portfolio spans the development and redevelopment of multifamily, luxury residential, hospitality, medical and mixed-use projects.

Before joining Third Lake, he held senior leadership positions at several real estate organizations. His most recent roles were in multifamily development leadership, focused on expanding multifamily platforms across the Sun Belt.
