Fourth Level 3 appraisal reinforces process discipline across federal and commercial contracts
The Level 3 rating confirms TurningPoint's service delivery processes are formally defined, documented in standards, procedures and tools, and consistently applied across engagements. The appraisal complements the company's existing Maturity Level 5 rating for Development, the highest tier in the CMMI model, which requires organizations to continually refine processes using quantitative performance data.
