Tampa, Fla. – – September 28, 2026 -- Universal Parking has secured a new parking management contract for Bayshore Gardens, an office complex along Tampa's Bayshore Boulevard corridor, extending its Southeast footprint in high-traffic mixed-use properties.

The facility, with an entrance on S. Ysabella Avenue between Barcelona Wine Bar and Altura Bayshore, includes covered parking, accessible spaces and touchless entry designed for tenants and visitors to the waterfront office campus.
Contract deepens existing partnership with property owner Asana Partners
