Los Angeles – September 22, 2026 -- Composition Wealth, a registered investment advisor managing more than $12 billion in assets, has appointed Gabrielle Glemann as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer and Joe Salcido as Head of Advisors, adding two executives with a combined 40 years of industry experience to its 125-employee national platform.
Glemann joins from Cercano Management to oversee legal and compliance strategy
Glemann will lead Composition Wealth's legal and compliance functions and work with executive leadership on governance, risk management and strategic growth. She arrives from Cercano Management, an SEC-registered investment adviser, where she served as General Counsel and Partner. She previously spent time as Director of Legal & Compliance at BlackRock, supporting the firm's global alternatives platform across hedge fund, private equity, direct and co-investment strategies, and earlier practiced law at Stoel Rives LLP and Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP.
Salcido brings decade-long Edelman Financial Engines tenure to advisor growth role
Salcido will focus on organic growth support, coaching and practice management for the firm's advisors. He spent nearly ten years at Edelman Financial Engines, most recently as Regional Director of Wealth Planning leading the southeast division, and earlier served as Director of Sales, where he helped guide the organization through two major mergers and integrations while scaling its sales team. He began his career at Vanguard, spending more than a decade in progressively senior sales, trading and operations leadership roles.
