Plainsboro Township, N.J. – October 02, 2026 -- ConnX, Inc. is integrating Intel edge computing technology into its MaestroIQTM Shared Intelligence Layer, aiming to process operational data at the point of activity rather than in centralized data centers for transportation, manufacturing and other mission-critical operators.
ConnX pairs Intel Core Ultra Series 3 with MaestroIQ to correlate fragmented data streams
The combined architecture ingests and correlates signals from networks, applications, cybersecurity systems, vehicles and industrial assets. ConnX said the pairing lets its orchestration and industry application layer convert distributed infrastructure data into actionable intelligence in real time, rather than relying solely on centralized processing.
Joint proof-of-value demonstrations set to begin within 90 days
ConnX and Intel plan to launch initial proof of value demonstrations within 90 days of the collaboration's start, with further details on customer outcomes to follow as the work progresses. The effort builds on ConnX's existing MaestroIQ deployments across transportation, manufacturing, retail and other mission-critical sectors.
ConnX CEO frames shift toward edge-based operational AI
"Intelligence increasingly needs to operate where the physical business happens, across vehicles, factories, stores and critical infrastructure, not just in the data center," said Indrajit Ghosh, CEO of ConnX. He said the Intel partnership is intended to move customers from isolated AI pilots toward operational AI they can act on in real time.
For transportation and city operators specifically, ConnX said the architecture is designed to improve situational awareness and support faster response to safety or service disruptions. The company positions the collaboration as distinct from point solutions that address only compute or only software orchestration, instead pairing Intel's edge AI foundation with ConnX's shared intelligence layer across transportation, asset and infrastructure operations.
