Corgi Insurance Names Stuart Wilkinson VP of State Government Affairs

Atlanta – September 21, 2026 -- Corgi, an AI-native insurance carrier, has appointed Stuart Wilkinson as its new Vice President of State Government Affairs, bringing more than 15 years of legislative and regulatory experience to the company as it expands its insurance platform across multiple U.S. states.

Wilkinson joins from PrizePicks, where he led government affairs during a period of rapid company growth

Before that role, Wilkinson served as Deputy Director of External Affairs in the Office of Georgia Governor Brian P. Kemp and as Deputy Director of Transition for the Georgians First Committee. He also worked as a Vice President at McGuireWoods Consulting, representing corporate and nonprofit clients on legislative and regulatory matters.

Corgi cites increasing regulatory complexity as it scales into new markets

"Insurance is one of the most regulated industries in the country, and our growth means we're increasingly operating across different regulatory environments," said Jeremy Eisemann, Head of Global Affairs at Corgi. Wilkinson will guide the company's government affairs strategy as it expands its insurance products, enters new markets, and engages with regulators and policymakers nationwide.

Wilkinson has been recognized annually as a Top Georgia Lobbyist since 2021

JAMES Magazine named Wilkinson a Top Georgia Lobbyist every year from 2021 through 2026 for his legislative strategy and government affairs work. He also sits on the Honorary Board of Directors of Special Olympics Georgia.

The hire comes as Corgi continues building its full-stack insurance infrastructure and expanding its product portfolio across new U.S. markets.
