Cresta positions platform around conversational AI agents and real-time agent support
Cresta CEO Ping Wu said the company's platform converts "frustrating and broken customer experiences" into fast, functional interactions for enterprises. The company's technology combines conversational AI agents, real-time human agent augmentation, and conversation intelligence tools across customer service channels.
Company cites United Airlines, Cox Communications and Marriott among enterprise clients
Cresta, founded out of Stanford's AI Lab and based in the Bay Area, said its client roster includes United Airlines, Cox Communications, and Marriott.
