New York – September 24, 2026 -- Digital Brands Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: DBGI) reported a 221% year-over-year revenue increase at its collegiate licensing brand AVO between August 1 and September 11, 2026, while cutting digital marketing spend by 78% over the same period a year earlier.
AVO achieves 3.65x ROAS as weekly revenue jumps 442% for newly launched universities
The brand posted a 3.65x return on ad spend during the six-week window. For universities launched in 2026, weekly net revenue climbed 442% from Week 1 (week of August 1) to Week 6 (week of September 5), the company said.
New e-commerce platform, built by former Vuori growth executive, launches in October
DBG plans to roll out a redesigned AVO e-commerce platform in the first week of October, developed by newly appointed board member David, who previously served as growth architect at Vuori during a period the company grew revenue 2400%. The platform targets improvements to conversion rates, average order value and customer engagement.
"We are encouraged by the combination of strong revenue growth and substantially lower marketing expenditures," said Hil Davis, CEO of Digital Brands Group. "Our target is to achieve a 5x ROAS, which would provide a foundation to scale digital advertising investment alongside revenue."
