SHERIDAN, WYOMING – October 15, 2025 – Diebold Nixdorf (NYSE: DBD), a global technology leader in connected commerce for banking and retail, has announced two key executive appointments aimed at unifying commercial operations and strengthening administrative efficiency worldwide. Joe Myers will become Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) starting January 1, 2026, while Elizabeth (Lisa) Radigan will assume the newly created role of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) effective December 1, 2025.

Both appointments reflect Diebold Nixdorf’s continued focus on integrated growth strategies, cross-segment collaboration, and scalable operational models designed to support banks and retailers adapting to rapid digital transformation.

Unifying Sales to Drive Customer-Centric Growth

In his new position as CRO, Joe Myers will oversee global sales across Diebold Nixdorf’s Banking and Retail divisions. His mandate includes aligning sales teams, enhancing customer engagement, and improving resource efficiency across markets. The move underscores a broader industry trend toward consolidated revenue functions as digital and physical commerce continue to converge.

According to the company, Myers’ leadership will focus on:

  • Driving revenue acceleration across high-growth markets.
  • Strengthening sales process integration between Banking and Retail.
  • Expanding the global customer pipeline through digital-first engagement models.

Joe Myers, currently Executive Vice President of Global Banking, said: “I am excited to take on this new role and honored to lead our talented global teams across both Banking and Retail. We are operating in a dynamic market with significant opportunity, and I'm excited to continue building on the very solid foundation we've established to deliver even greater value to our customers.”

Streamlining Administration for Global Efficiency

Lisa Radigan, currently Chief Legal Officer, will expand her remit as CAO to include human resources, security operations, internal communications, and corporate facilities management. Her mission is to create more cohesive, efficient support structures across the organization — a vital shift for a global enterprise operating in over 100 countries.

As part of this restructuring, Radigan will focus on improving operational consistency, reducing costs, and enhancing employee engagement. “I am thrilled to take on this position and partner even more closely with our teams around the world,” Radigan said. “My commitment is to help drive Diebold Nixdorf's success by uniting and empowering our people, improving how we work and breaking down silos to deliver results with integrity, efficiency and enterprise-wide resiliency.”

Leadership Vision and Cultural Alignment

President and CEO Octavio Marquez described the appointments as central to Diebold Nixdorf’s next phase of transformation. “I am proud to elevate two exceptional leaders who embody our culture of innovation, collaboration and performance,” he said. “Joe will unite our Banking and Retail businesses to accelerate growth and strengthen customer partnerships, while Lisa will drive greater speed, efficiency and an empowered, people-first culture. With a fortress balance sheet and a mindset of continuous improvement, we are positioned to keep delivering outstanding results for our customers and shareholders.”

Industry Context and Competitive Landscape

The restructuring comes as global financial and retail technology providers face intensifying competition from digital-native entrants and fintech ecosystems. Diebold Nixdorf’s dual focus on operational streamlining and customer-centric innovation positions it to compete more effectively in an environment where automation, security, and omnichannel integration define success.

With more than 21,000 employees and operations in over 100 countries, the company continues to serve many of the world’s leading financial institutions and top-tier retailers. Its emphasis on efficiency and agility aligns with the growing demand for secure, real-time transaction technologies and unified digital-physical retail experiences.

Transition and Outlook

As part of the leadership transition, Ilhami Cantadurucu, Executive Vice President for Global Retail, will depart the company in early 2026 after two decades of service. Marquez expressed appreciation for Cantadurucu’s contributions: “As the head of Retail, he has effectively led the organization through industry changes and positioned us very well for several major growth initiatives, including in the North America market. We wish him well in his future endeavors.”

With these leadership changes, Diebold Nixdorf aims to maintain its growth trajectory and operational resilience amid ongoing digital disruption. The company’s strategic restructuring highlights its intent to deliver scalable, customer-driven innovation across global markets.
