On-device AI targets a persistent hybrid-meeting flaw
The all-in-one collaboration board uses room-aware, on-device intelligence to frame participants individually, adjust for lighting, and isolate speaker voices, addressing a common problem in hybrid rooms where a single wide camera shot flattens attendees into one distant tile and blended audio obscures who is speaking.
Certification aligns device with Copilot and Facilitator agent workflows
DTEN CEO Wei Liu said the board puts on-device AI in the room so Copilot and the Facilitator agent in Teams get clearer meeting signals for notes, transcription, and speaker attribution, adding that enterprises can now deploy with confidence given the Microsoft Teams certification.

Hardware spec includes 48MP camera and 15-element microphone array
The device features a 48MP center camera with individual participant framing, dual AI depth sensors for 3D room mapping, a 15-element beamforming microphone array, front-facing stereo speakers, a 4K touch display, dedicated AI processing, and single-cable USB-C BYOD connectivity for content sharing and laptop charging.
IT management runs through existing Microsoft tools
As a Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows device, the D7X AI Board integrates with Microsoft Pro Portal for Rooms, Intune, and Autopilot for endpoint management, while DTEN Orbit Service provides remote device health monitoring.
75-inch model certification expected to follow
The 55-inch unit is certified and shipping now; Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows certification for a 75-inch model is expected to follow. Pricing is available through DTEN and its channel partners.
