Dubai's RAMINVEST Launches Bonded-Warehouse Commodities Network for Africa

Dubai – September 08, 2026 -- RAMINVEST HOLDING DIFC unveiled an integrated commodities ecosystem linking international suppliers, African buyers, producers and institutional counterparties, with a planned network of 14 customs-bonded hubs connecting coastal and landlocked African markets.

WINCOMMODITIES anchors a consignment-stock model that bypasses full-container trade

Under the platform, exporters store commodities in customs-bonded hubs while retaining ownership, then sell locally on a cash-and-carry basis in buyer-specified quantities, including split lots. The structure removes the requirement for transactions to move in full containers or bulk cargoes, targeting demand that previous logistics models could not economically serve.

Five units cover logistics, settlement, financing and metals sourcing

WINLOGISTICS handles execution, moving goods from international origin points to bonded hubs and on to last-mile delivery, including customs coordination. FINATRADES FINANCE SA, a Swiss-regulated financial platform, provides global settlement, trade finance and barter solutions, addressing transactions constrained by limited access to hard currency. WINVESTNET connects commodity and natural-resource opportunities with specialized funds and strategic partners, while WIN GOLD & METALS extends the ecosystem upstream into gold, precious metals and strategic natural resources, linking African production to international commodity markets.

Rollout starts in West Africa ahead of a 14-hub network

Deployment is demand-driven, beginning with strategic access points in West Africa before expanding toward the planned 14-hub network. The chain is designed to run bidirectionally, moving imports into Africa and African raw materials out to international markets, without requiring bulk-shipment volumes on either side.

"Africa is not short of demand, resources or trade opportunities. The challenge is connecting them through efficient infrastructure," said Reda Rami, president of RAMINVEST HOLDING DIFC. "WINCOMMODITIES is the logistics engine, but the strength of this model lies in the ecosystem built around it."
