Four executive-level sessions target underwriting orchestration and legacy modernization
Andy Moss, General Manager of Underwriting at Duck Creek and co-founder of Send, will join Spinnaker Insurance Company Chief Program and Underwriting Officer Charles Valinotti on Tuesday, September 29 at 9:30 am to discuss tech-native operating models and preview the Send integration roadmap. Later that day at 2:35 pm, Duck Creek CEO Hardeep Gulati will appear with Datos Insights Senior Analyst Merideth Barnes-Cook to address converting AI investment into competitive advantage across the policy lifecycle.
At 4:15 pm, Duck Creek Chief Product Officer Jose Lazares will join Celent Principal Analyst Rob Norris and Federato CEO Will Ross to discuss when insurers should abandon incremental technology upgrades. Booth demonstrations span underwriting intake through claims and reinsurance
At booths #2633 (Duck Creek) and #1639 (Send), the companies will run live demonstrations of the Send Underwriting Orchestration workflow, covering submission intake, triage, bind, and post-bind servicing on a single risk-centered workspace. Additional demos will feature Duck Creek Suite's low-code configuration tools and open APIs, Duck Creek Policy's cloud-native administration system, Duck Creek Claims' automated settlement workflows, Duck Creek Reinsurance's contract and recovery management tools, and Duck Creek Loss Control's risk and pricing optimization platform.
