Edinburgh – September 12, 2026 -- Dukosi Ltd has appointed Graeme Cook as its first Chief Financial Officer, a move tied to the company's plan to ramp production of its battery cell monitoring technology.
Cook moves from interim to permanent CFO after eight months in the role
Cook, a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of senior management experience in the semiconductor, electronics and software development sectors, had served as Dukosi's interim CFO for eight months before the permanent appointment. CEO Mark Pinto said Cook is joining at a critical stage as the company executes on commercializing its Dukosi Cell Monitoring System (DKCMS®) and C-SynQ® communication protocol.
Dukosi targets EV, energy storage and data center battery markets
The company's cell monitoring technology serves electric vehicles, commercial transportation, marine, aerospace, industrial and robotics applications, as well as battery energy storage systems for utility and grid-scale projects, telecom infrastructure and AI data centers.
Cook brings prior finance leadership from FTDI Chip and Qnity Inc
Before Dukosi, Cook was Chief Operating Officer at Apsis Business Components, a SaaS provider for the built environment and construction industries. He previously served as Executive Director & Global Vice-President Finance & Operations at FTDI Chip, a Glasgow-headquartered fabless semiconductor company, where he built financial governance structures that supported a private equity sale. Earlier in his career, Cook held General Manager positions for EMEA and Asia at Steward, now known as Qnity Inc, a materials and solutions supplier to the global semiconductor and electronics industries.
"Graeme is a business-savvy CFO who understands the financial rigor and operational discipline needed to scale a company to sustainable profitable growth," Pinto said.
