West Chester, Ohio – September 24, 2026 -- E Tech Group will present on the compliance and data integrity risks of scaling laboratory automation from pilot to full production at the ISPE Boston Area Chapter 2026 Product Show on October 7 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.
Session targets the gap between pilot success and regulated production failure
Sura Hadi, Director of Laboratory Automation and Industrial Robotics (LAIR) at E Tech Group, will lead the 3:00 p.m. ET session, "From Pilot to Production: Scaling Lab Automation Without Breaking Compliance, Data Integrity, or Teams," in West Red Level, Suite 81. The talk addresses why automation pilots that succeed in contained workflows frequently break down when expanded into regulated manufacturing environments, where instruments must connect to scheduling systems, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), and other enterprise platforms.
Validated interfaces and system ownership define production-ready automation
E Tech Group's session frames production scaling as requiring validated interfaces, audit-ready data practices, formal change control, and clearly defined system ownership—elements often absent from early-stage pilots. "A successful pilot proves that the automation can work. Production requires proving that the organization can operate it every day under regulatory scrutiny," Hadi said, adding that organizations that plan integration, validation and ownership before the pilot ends make the transition most effectively.
Company will staff Booth W69 with life sciences automation specialists
E Tech Group, named 2025 System Integrator of the Year and a Platinum-certified Rockwell Automation Partner, will exhibit at Booth W69 throughout the show, where engineers and life sciences specialists will meet with attendees on laboratory robotics, systems integration, data infrastructure and compliance strategy. Hadi brings more than 20 years of life sciences automation experience to the LAIR vertical and is developing a short course for the Society for Laboratory Automation and Screening (SLAS).
