EasyLlama then cross-references those inputs against a curated database of federal and state training mandates, which its legal team continuously monitors as regulations change. The output identifies which specific training is legally required, the statute behind each requirement, and which employees must complete it.

A Suggested Learners feature lets admins assign identified courses to the correct employees immediately after a requirement is flagged.

Compliance Advisor is available to all EasyLlama customers regardless of plan tier, targeting businesses with 1 to 1,000 employees, while also supporting larger organizations seeking to understand compliance obligations.
