Ethos Support Names Co-Founder Anne Kirby CEO After 200-Staff Build-Out

Dallas – October 19, 2026 -- Ethos Support, a global customer experience and business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, has named co-founder Anne Kirby as Chief Executive Officer, elevating the operations chief who scaled the company from a startup to a team of more than 200 professionals.

Kirby co-founded Ethos Support in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer, ahead of its official launch in 2023. She brings more than 20 years of experience in customer experience, employee experience and outsourcing.

COO tenure added four service lines and two Philippine offices

Under Kirby as COO, Ethos Support expanded its customer support, technical support, trust and safety, and back-office capabilities. The company now operates two physical offices in the Philippines. It also recently achieved SOC 2 Type II certification.

Ethos serves high-growth brands in e-commerce, travel, hospitality, SaaS and technology.

Client cites two-year team continuity across time zones

Maison Berger USA has worked with Ethos Support since early 2024. Mayumi Ando, the brand's Director of E-commerce & Creative Strategy, said the client has kept the same support team for two years. She described the provider as an extension of its own staff despite different time zones, and credited Ethos with contributing to its growth.

Kirby rejects scale race in favor of trust-based growth

Kirby said Ethos does not aim to be the biggest outsourcing company. Her stated priority is to be the provider that clients trust and employees are proud to join, with the manner of growth weighing as heavily as growth itself.

Jon Mendoza, Senior Manager of Operations at Ethos Support, said Kirby combines empathy with focused execution. Kirby has been recognized by CX Network and Onalytica for her industry influence.
