Claims support commits to 24-hour contact and faster return-to-work outcomes
EverPeak said policyholders can expect contact from a claims representative within 24 hours of reporting a claim through its partners. The company's return-to-work program has helped injured employees return to work 25 days faster than the industry standard on average, according to EverPeak.
