Miller brings a decade of UK regulatory experience to GCI's global growth push
Miller spent 10 years at the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) before founding GamReg Consulting, an advisory practice focused on gaming regulation. GCI becomes one of Miller's first clients under the new venture, where he will work directly with GCI CEO Matt Holt to shape product development and regulatory policy through a former regulator's lens.
GCI flagged over 2,000 active operators in one U.S. state, most unlicensed
Founded in 2025, GCI supplies transaction monitoring and market intelligence platforms to gaming regulators worldwide. During the 2026 World Cup, GCI's market monitoring tools helped regulators track wagering activity from licensed and unlicensed operators across jurisdictions. In a single U.S. state, the company identified more than 2,000 active operators, the vast majority operating without a license.
