FFR Highlights FFAI Robotics at IROS 2026 Amid $200M Deal

Los Angeles – October 02, 2026 -- FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. (NASDAQ: FFR) showcased the EAI Robotics business of Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) at IROS 2026 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, held September 28-30, 2026, as the two companies advance a non-binding term sheet that values the robotics unit at approximately $200 million.

All-New Futurist robot draws most attendee interest at Pittsburgh conference

FF displayed multiple EAI robot products built on its "One-Brain Multi-Form Multi-Capability" EAI Robot World 2.0 architecture. The All-New Futurist unit attracted particular attention for its mobile operation and flexible task execution across demonstrated scenarios. The company also introduced its "Built in USA" Acceleration Program during the three-day event, one of the largest robotics research conferences globally.

Developers and universities engage FF on EAI Brain platform and data collection

FF representatives held discussions with developers on robot capability development and ecosystem co-creation through the EAI Brain and Developer Platform, while actively recruiting in-house development partners. Through the EAI Data Factory, the company engaged potential data partners on real-world data collection and collaboration aimed at improving EAI robot capabilities. Leading research institutions and universities expressed interest in FF's Research Solution, one of four Industry Productivity Solutions presented at the event, covering robotics research and education applications.

Term sheet values robotics unit at $200 million, targets standalone listing

FFR, formerly AIxCrypto Holdings, Inc., entered the non-binding term sheet with FFAI earlier this week to acquire FFAI's robotics assets and businesses. The proposed transaction is intended to advance the EAI Robotics business toward an independent public listing. The deal remains subject to approval by FFR's special committee of independent directors, stockholders and applicable regulators, with no assurance of completion on the terms described.

"Participating in IROS 2026 gave us the opportunity to engage directly in Pittsburgh, a city at the forefront of robotics innovation, with guests, developers, industry partners, universities and research institutions from across the field," said YT Jia, Founder and Global CEO of FF.

FF said it continued talent recruitment at the event, seeking professionals in robotics research and development, artificial intelligence, data, and industry solutions.
