Flotek Raises 2026 Revenue Guidance to $370M on Saudi Chemistry Surge

Houston – September 13, 2026 -- Flotek Industries (NYSE: FTK) raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $360 million to $370 million, up from the $340 million to $350 million forecast issued just weeks earlier, citing surging international chemistry sales tied to work in Saudi Arabia.

Flotek lifts EBITDA outlook to $50-54 million after second guidance revision in five weeks

The company also raised its Adjusted EBITDA guidance to $50 million to $54 million, up from the $47 million to $51 million range announced on August 4, 2026. At the midpoints of the new ranges, Flotek's 2026 total revenue would grow 54% and Adjusted EBITDA would grow 58% compared with reported full-year 2025 figures.

International chemistry revenue jumped more than 450% sequentially in the second quarter

International chemistry revenue reached approximately $10.6 million in the second quarter of 2026, a sequential increase of more than 450% from the first quarter. Flotek expects international chemistry sales to exceed $40 million in the second half of 2026, supported by ongoing operations in Saudi Arabia.

Chief Executive Officer Dr. Ryan Ezell said the company has seen growing demand, particularly in international chemistry, since raising guidance last month, which gave management confidence to increase the outlook further. Ezell attributed the momentum to sustained demand for Flotek's real-time data and chemistry technologies, customer response to its solutions, and execution of its corporate strategy.

Data Analytics segment adds to diversification alongside chemistry growth

Ezell said the expanding contribution from Flotek's Data Analytics segment, combined with international chemistry growth, supports the company's push toward a diversified and balanced business platform.

Flotek to brief investors at Lake Street conference in New York this week

Flotek will participate in the Lake Street Annual Investor Conference at the Metropolitan Club in New York on September 10, 2026, where Ezell will host investor meetings. Flotek also plans to attend the INVEST: Houston Leadership Summit on November 5, the DEP Executive Series on NASDAQ on December 3, and ROTH Deer Valley from December 9-11.
