Dubai – September 12, 2026 -- Flytxt's agentic AI platform Niya-X has won a bronze Stevie Award in the "Best AI-Powered Product" category at the 23rd International Business Awards (IBAs), the company announced. The 2026 IBAs drew more than 3,400 nominations from 82 countries and territories, with winners scored by over 200 business professionals across specialized judging committees during an independent evaluation process in June and July.
Niya-X moves beyond task automation into strategic decision-making
Flytxt positions Niya-X as a team of domain-specialized AI experts for enterprises, distinct from AI assistants that support human workers or task-oriented agents that automate discrete jobs. The platform is designed to understand business objectives, formulate strategies, coordinate actions, and continuously learn from outcomes. Using causal learning and counterfactual modeling, Niya-X simulates and evaluates alternative market scenarios before selecting the course of action most likely to achieve a desired result, operating within safety and privacy boundaries set by the enterprise.
CEO cites platform's role in enabling autonomous enterprise decision-making
"This award reinforces the transformative potential of Niya-X and its broad applicability in driving more autonomous enterprise markets," said Dr. Vinod Vasudevan, CEO of Flytxt. He said the platform shifts AI from task automation and human-intelligence augmentation toward active configuration of strategic decisions and actions, allowing businesses to continuously adapt in complex, dynamic environments.
Enterprise deployments span asset management, customer service, and HR onboarding
Flytxt reports that Niya-X's AI experts are being applied across customer growth and retention, product design and pricing, and employee onboarding and engagement. Current implementations include optimizing investment recommendations to increase assets under management (AUM), predicting and acting on customer intent to improve service efficiency, designing and executing onboarding processes for new employees, and autonomously orchestrating growth-marketing decisions and actions.
