Settlement terminates Aura's NeuroRush ingredient and validates FutureCeuticals' IP
The resolution ends production of NeuroRush® and confirms the enforceability of FutureCeuticals' intellectual property covering its whole coffee fruit extract. J. Aura begins transition to CognatiQ as compositionally equivalent substitute
Aura Scientific is already moving its customer base from NeuroRush to CognatiQ. Kyle Seymour, Director of Product Development at Aura, said CognatiQ offers a composition-equivalent substitution for NeuroRush, backed by FutureCeuticals' clinical data and scientific expertise.
Dispute resolution opens new commercial partnership between the two firms
Beyond ending the litigation, the settlement establishes a collaboration framework between the companies. Wexler said Aura's design and logistics capabilities in the wellness sector align with FutureCeuticals' strategy of supporting brands seeking clinically substantiated ingredients. Seymour said the two firms intend to pair Aura's product development experience with FutureCeuticals' ingredient portfolio and clinical backing on future projects targeting the consumer wellness market.
