Gateway Commercial Finance Provides $1.25M Factoring Line to AGV America

Delray Beach, Fla. – September 21, 2026 -- Gateway Commercial Finance, LLC has provided a $1.25 million invoice factoring facility to AGV America, a Texas-based provider of autonomous robotics and warehouse automation solutions, to close a working-capital gap created by extended customer payment terms.

New facility replaces a bank credit line that limited borrowing against 90-day invoices

The factoring facility replaced a traditional bank line of credit that offered limited borrowing availability against invoices carrying payment terms of up to 90 days. AGV America, founded in 2020, serves several Fortune 500 manufacturers and distributors, but the creditworthiness of those customers did not translate into greater availability under its prior bank line.

Company positions itself as a technology-agnostic integrator across automation categories

AGV America integrates equipment from multiple leading manufacturers rather than committing to a single vendor, covering autonomous mobile robots, automated guided vehicles, automated storage and retrieval systems, collaborative robots, picking and sorting technology, conveyor systems, cranes and goods-to-person systems. Michael Jones, President of AGV America, said the independence allows the company to recommend the technology best suited to each customer's operation, positioning it as a one-stop automation resource across its region.

Gateway structures funding against 90-day receivables to unlock working capital

Gateway Commercial Finance funded eligible invoices carrying payment terms of up to 90 days, unlocking working capital that had previously been unavailable under the bank facility. Marc J. Marin, Managing Director of Gateway Commercial Finance, said the transaction demonstrates how invoice factoring can supplement or replace an inadequate bank credit line for a growing company. The new facility is intended to support AGV America's day-to-day cash flow while it pursues larger automation contracts.
