For the CMS WISeR program, Genzeon and UiPath built prior authorization infrastructure processing more than 450,000 cases per year across 17 high-risk service categories. Rehabilitation provider expands payer coverage from four to more than 100

A national complex rehabilitation provider expanded automated prior authorization coverage from four payers to over 100 through the partnership. The rollout cut manual touches by 70% to 80% and reduced errors by 90% to 95% in its first phase.

Genzeon has deployed more than 45 AI agents across the partnership

Across its broader engagement with UiPath, Genzeon has put more than 45 AI agents into production and delivered over 5,000 healthcare automation components. Harsh Singh, President of AI Business Solutions at Genzeon, said the five-year partnership spans payers, providers and life science clients from front-desk operations to revenue cycle and prior authorization. Ashim Gupta, CFO/COO at UiPath, credited Genzeon with helping customers combine human staff, robots and AI agents to capture full value from automation investments. Genzeon holds Platinum Partner status with UiPath and operates a dedicated healthcare-focused UiPath business unit covering solution development, go-to-market initiatives and professional services.
